INDUSTRIOS Software, originally founded in 1989 as a consulting firm, specializes in the implementation of manufacturing and financial software solutions to help manufacturers streamline their operations.

During the early years, we implemented Metashop, which later became Platinum Advanced Manufacturing System (PAMS), both integrated with Sage PFW ERP (formerly Platinum for Windows by Best). Over the years we developed extensive knowledge working with make-to-order, make-to-stock, assemble-to-order, configure-to-order and mixed mode manufacturers, and were able to see firsthand where their issues were and recognized a need for a better solution. With our unique insight, we acquired the rights to PAMS in 1994 with the vision of developing a leading manufacturing solution offering a flexible, more robust solution that could be easily tailored to meet the needs of each unique manufacturing environment.

In 1996, INDUSTRIOS 1.0 was launched to the customer base with an upgrade path from PAMS to INDUSTRIOS. Today, many of the original PAMS customers are still with us. They have played a significant role in shaping our product over the years as they provided feedback on what they needed to streamline their operations and reduce operational costs while improving their on time deliveries.

Over the years we achieved significant development milestones as we introduced functionality to provide a comprehensive end to end solution. During this time, we added Receiving Inspection, EDI, Physical Inventory, Customer Collections, Product Configuration for quoting along with numerous enhancements to existing functionality.

In 2006, we acquired Maynard Software Solutions Inc. and their light manufacturing suite developed for small manufacturers. We developed an upgrade path to allow Maynard customers to easily convert to INDUSTRIOS to leverage the functionality offered in sales order management, manufacturing and scheduling. We continued to introduce new functionality, namely Customer Service Management and Return Material Authorization to address manufacturers after sales needs.

In 2008, INDUSTRIOS launched version 3 which introduced integration to Sage 300 ERP, formerly known as Sage ERP Accpac. The integration was in response to a defined need from companies running Sage ERP Accpac financials to have a single inventory system, quoting and estimating, advanced scheduling and comprehensive job costing in a tightly integrated system.

Each year, we continue to introduce new functionality to meet our customers' growing needs, such as: Subcontract Services Management, Time Card Management, Payroll Integration, and unique features such as Critical Component Tracking and Shipping BOM List. In 2010, our powerful analysis and updating functionality provided manufacturers with the ability to quickly and easily analyze their data then automatically update their system with new values. The functionality included: Inventory Activity Analysis, Purchase Price Analysis and Manufacturing Cost Analysis, functionality that is unparalleled in our market space.

Today, we continue in our tradition of listening to our customers and developing the functionality they need to meet customer deadlines, streamline their operations and realize opportunities to improve their bottom line. We're not satisfied with just collecting data, we provide the tools to allow our customers to manufacture intelligently.

"The nature of our business isn’t changing. The type of product that customers are purchasing is changing. If we didn’t have INDUSTRIOS, it would be difficult to keep track of this trend. It allows us to see how sales really are doing versus our production costs. With all the integrated modules, we’re able to track where a job is at any given time and keep our customers informed."
