	renato Degasperis | President With over 20 years of experience in computer software applications development and technical management, Renato is a critical resource in the development of Enterprise Resource Planning software for emerging and mid-sized manufacturers. As INDUSTRIOS Software's President, it is Renato's experience and vision that has set the direction for research and development, application technical design and business. Renato has also lead the development of INDUSTRIOS's technology, technical support, and quality assurance initiatives. Renato really enjoys delving into the complexities surrounding manufacturing challenges, especially in the areas of advanced scheduling and product configuration, the more complex the issue the better. He really enjoys working directly with manufacturers to understand their issues and takes great pride in being able to deliver the tools they need to overcome them. In addition to the responsibilities surrounding software development, Renato is also actively involved in sales engineering, sales and delivery of consulting services. Previous to INDUSTRIOS Software, Inc., Renato was the software development manager at Coles Book Stores (now Chapters) and responsible for the development, implementation and support for their multi-location (250 locations) store inventory and replenishment network. When Renato isn’t busy developing software applications, he can be found practicing on his bass guitar, playing chauffeur to a promising young baseball player, savoring a fine wine or a good malt scotch, and watching basketball.
	eva Degasperis | vice president & general manager Eva's experience implementing performance improvement measures in the manufacturing industry has spanned the last 15 years working with over 250 manufacturers. As Vice President and General Manager of INDUSTRIOS Software, Eva has overseen the financial, consulting and project management services, sales engineering and product marketing team. Eva’s background in audit, QS900 and activity based costing has provided her with the expertise she demonstrates in work flow management and executing lean concepts. She is passionate about manufacturing and is fascinated with the process of taking an idea through the stages of concept development, prototyping, planning and production of the usable product. And of course, costing it! Eva joined INDUSTRIOS Software, Inc. after spending 6 years as Oetiker Ltd.'s corporate controller, a mid-market automotive supplier of specialty clamps. At Oetiker Ltd., Eva was responsible for the implementation of Activity Based Management Systems, Integrated Finance and Manufacturing Systems and QS9000 quality systems. Prior to Oetiker Ltd., Eva was an audit supervisor with Durward, Jones, Barkwell & Company, a regional Chartered Accounting firm. Mrs. DeGasperis holds a Bachelor of Administration from Brock University (1987), is a Chartered Accountant (1988) and a Certified Public Accountant (1996). On a personal note, Eva loves to travel, read mystery novels, is dedicated to her family, enjoys fine wine and is a confirmed meatloaf and mash potatoes woman. She secretly loves two column ledger paper.
