Option 1 – Premiere Support Program

The Premier Support Program provides customer support for INDUSTRIOS, Sage PFW ERP, and Crystal Reports. This plan provides a centralized point of contact for the products that are paramount to the operation of INDUSTRIOS. Under this program customers are entitled to unlimited telephone or email support, maintenance releases and service packs as they become available.

Option 2 – Maintenance and Support Program

The Maintenance and Support Program provides customers unlimited telephone or email support of INDUSTRIOS or MSS by INDUSTRIOS, and INDUSTRIOS or MSS by INDUSTRIOS maintenance releases and service packs as they become available.
